I had several Model M badges from Wingpad sent directly to lot_lizards, which were offered to come together with the model MF stuffs. I am still waiting for more than 5 years, but don't even remember how many badges I ordered at that time.

Is there any safe way to sell these kinds of expensive boards on ebay or paypal?
As far as I know, sellers are always screwed up if the buyer claims to use the buyers protection.

Unfortunately, I could not find good photos of a Lexmark-badged M4/M4-1 nor anyone able to source me one. When I do get one, I'll update the article. I also have gone through several of these. About three had non-working pointing sticks (poor durability?). Some lexmark models have a larger rectangular badge. And key pressure was quite different among the OEM manufacturers (probably due to difference in rubberdomes).

It's the 38th SSK as the serial number says. The chopping job was done by IBM engineers.

Interesting to see this 2nd generation Omnikey has blue alps switches. Price is already high though.

It's probably a non-silicone-based lubricant for plastics. Their old product pando 258a shows a somewhat similar product numbering.
