That bottom board is so lovely - I wonder if it could be converted. But even for use of the caps, I find it quite nice.

It's here ... after all these years, we have the PROOF of existence of such a keyboard. Thanks scott for the picture!

Do we have any more high-quality/detailed pics of the rest of the board?

I'd really like to see more :geek:

Cherry G81-3015HAK

Today, I got this keyboard from a vintage keyboard and workstation enthusiast in the Quebec province in Canada. They packed it meticulously and it arrived in fantastic condition. My sincerest thanks! :D The chassis is very clean, and the keycaps do have a significant amount of shine. They come in an...

Wouldn't that involve you mean to harvest the switches to use separately? For the shape this is in, it'd be lovely to see it cared for in its complete form.

Re: New Compact Beamspring controller available

Thanks for the informative response, Andrei.

I will be looking to use one of these to restore a 3278, so I very much look forward to it. I will be sure to support you and the rest of the team's work when a solenoid controller is ready. In no rush but very glad that this is moving forward nonetheless.

Re: New Compact Beamspring controller available

Absolutely amazing work done here. QMK support for Beamspring is a godsend. I have been waiting a very long time to restore mine and this is a great time to grab a controller. PMing for a preassembled one and for a donation (of course). Are solenoid controllers a separate ordeal? Are there plans as ...

@pandrew / @tentator - I'm looking to flash my F62 to QMK. Any instructions would be appreciated as I understand that it is currently in its beta form. I also hope that you guys will consider porting the F62 and F77 over to VIA as well ;) As per Hypersphere's remarks on GH, I just ordered some Super...

I'd probably be in for a Beamspring controller and two solenoid drivers, but I'm a bit surprised at how expensive the Beamspring controllers are.

Re: Alps TKL with SKCM Browns [Endgame Candidate]

Hey there, Scarpia Pretty cool build! So I'm actually noticing something about the plate. In this photo: https://i.imgur.com/5ywLuwe.jpg and when looking at the MK.com plate, it looks like an ALPS housing would struggle to fit at the stabilized positions (Shift, Enter, Backspace...) Did you have to ...

Re: [FS/IC] Pre-made, $10-20 converters "Zebraverters"

YEP! But I don't really have a need for those boards. But hell yeah dude. I'll pay $25 for some stuff I would love to convert. Haha maybe I should've made it more clear; if I can use existing firmware on a Pro Micro and can find a female socket, I will make a converter for that board. Hell, I still...

QMK for the New Model F would be fantastic -- assuming that we won't have issues with the voltage threshold concerns that are occasionally brought up by users every now and then.

Hi! Just to confirm, if I'm interested in the HHKB keys, I would need to order the HHKB 6 Key Set ($24), the F1-F12 12 Key Set ($24), and the HHKB Front Print 27 Custom Keys ($4 x 27 = $108) for $158?
That sounds right if you are trying to get the accurate legends for all of the HHKB layout keys.
