We are not behind any spam bots, nor are we responsible for any spam e-mail. You can reach me directly at mech [at] deskthority [dot] net at any point. Just to be clear, I am not accusing neither you neither OneCommerce either. I am just speculating on possible reasons for it. Anyway, welcome back!

Re: Future of DT

I think that was the premise behind what raoulduke-esq was saying.

I think it's highly possible actually. I am not sure why though. My only theory is that they realized they were in over their heads so they decided to piledrive the forum into oblivion. But still - why?

Re: Model F universal barrel gaskets

The foam holds the barrels against the PCB so that they do not move during use. If you do not use foam then the barrels may move far enough away from the PCB that the flipper could become dislodged and the switch will stop working. While I have used the XT that is pictured in the OP without any foa...

Since informing them about the spam bot infiltration, the email addressed I used has started receiving literally hundreds of spam messages a day. Coincidence? To clarify on what raoulduke-esq is saying, as it took me awhile to get it: He means his email (that he used to email OneCommerce from) has ...

Re: Model F universal barrel gaskets

I am sorry for my ignorance, but what is the use of the foam? I don't mean your mod in particular, but the foam around the barrels on a Model F? I thought there was only a sheet of foam between the PCB and the bottom metal plate to prevent shorting the PCB?

Then the PS/2 can be converted to USB with a converter. The PS/2 to USB adapter you have, may be just an adapter, instead of an active converter, hence the reason why it's not working. Just contributing to this with my (limited) experience. I have a couple of those same PS/2 to USB adapters, they a...

[WTB] [EU-BG] ErgoDox EZ

I am looking to buy the black hotswappable version of an ErgoDox EZ, along with its original cables and tenting kit.
It would be cool if it also comes with the wrist rests but I don't care either way.
Ideally, I'm looking to pay less than $200 for one.

I decided not to invent anything like that and just took my last name. In my opinion, it turned out fine.
