They are right now, but that doesn't inhibit an IC. Just delays any potential GB.

Just to let everyone know that Mike @ NovelKeys and I have came to the decision that this GB will succeed no matter what. I will be purchasing at least 10,000 and Mike has pledged to pick up whatever else is needed to meet the 96,000 that we need.
