The logo on the microchip is Hitachi’s. I haven’t seen Hitachi’s microchip in keyboard. Obviously, it’s so rare.

Check the stabilizer. This often happens.

Check the both end of the stabilizer are set correctly.
It may be between keycap and tiny black bracket.
