Re: Genovation PLUM Ortholinear Keyboard | Need Information

Unfortunately not, I never got around to doing anything with this original PCB. Probably just a leftover from manufacturing or something. I'm sure a code wizard could figure out something with this, but that person isn't me.

It looks beautiful with those new caps. I just disassembled one of these awhile ago to reuse the switches for another project since I really like them.
Great work on this one :)

[Help] How to Measure Spacing for Switches on a PCB

Hello everyone, I've been trying to make a PCB for Futaba MA switches for a while now, but I don't entirely understand the spacing between switches on the plate. Is there any way to measure this accurately? I've seen online that most plates are 19.05mm from center to center, but I want to make sure ...

Re: Saving a 2100 From Death: The Unsaver Way!

You obviously mean the donor board. Perhaps you can obtain that cap (even if with faded print) from Mattr567, otherwise I could send you a 2x2 Tipro relegendable (FIY, 4 stems accommodating a matrix of 4 switches) for shipping costs (from Germany, mind you). Yes, I meant the donor board. I do have ...

Just glancing over the photos I didn't even realize the case was cut! Thought you did a case swap or something :p
This looks great though, I've wanted to try some case mods like this at some point.

They're probably testing the waters. Not too many keyboard making services in Europe (they're using laserboost.com in turn), so I wish them luck :)
Ah, that makes sense. If that's the case, then I hope they start venturing out into more products.

So what are the benefits of this plate over any other stainless steel plate? The price seems a little lofty for what it is.

I believe those are made by Tai-Hao, They made a lot of Alps stuff back in the day, those gamery keycaps came with keyboards that had APC switches, like you said. And APC are from Tai-Hao I reckon. Good review, I do like the short but informative format. Thanks for the feedback. APC switches are ma...
