牡丹 logo means peony in English, thats why it also has a flower there.

HY may mean HengYu(恒宇), a company in history but no idea if its still alive today but I did find some PCBs from various boards having HY-XXXX texts on back.

Also feel bit surprised at the springs are at a relative better condition compared to rest parts, that's a positive signal. Worst scenario I can think of is to replace OG controller with Xwhatsit as new brain as you may find some capacitors dead, and Evaporust will save alot of time to clean plates,...
