Take the board to an electronics repair shop, they may be able to replace a blown capacitor or something and salvage the board. If not, and you are not able to find a replacement controller - then I would say switch donor it is unfortunately.

Desoldering is the best option. Alternatively, you can try using compressed air or contact cleaner to see if that helps. I think you may need to disconnect the Bluetooth keyboard and then restart the machine with this keyboard plugged in. I see that its reading your Bluetooth keyboards battery level in the background which may be confusing it as to which board to read.

The floss mod will help to a degree. I find it mostly cuts down on the higher range ping noise more than dampens vibration, but it does dampen the vibration.
