I haven't been online in awhile and all these seem like pretty worthy candidates. But the Massdrop one, that won my heart.

Still worth a shot. And worst case scenario, it could lead to an interesting project with the 3d printing capabilities that exist now.

I usually request that sellers use extra padding around the corners for this exact reason. I also tend to get packages smashed on the sides :(

I can't wait for the black mod packs.

Also a white mod pack, like what was done previously with the fn windowed keys would be nice.

We need more windowed modifier and fn keys!!!

I'm still pretty torn up, he was a very talented kid with a bright future. Just sad to see it end so suddenly.

I love it Webwit. Simple, in memory.

Re: Lubricating Cherry MX?

What color is the stem of the switch? It could just be stiffer springs.

You could try cleaning one to remove dust and other particles, then re-lube it

So do the bearings actually move at all or does the trackball sort of glide on them?

Very simple design :)

I know this comes a bit late, but StarTech makes great adapters. They have a keyboard/mouse to USB that has good reviews (Model USBPS2PC).

Thanks lysol. I'll probably have to get around to building a small converter someday. Definitely a nice board with vintage blacks. Also very nice Cherry DS.

Here's a rare one for everyone. I have a Commodore G80-0499HAU that I was thinking of trading but I've never seen a price discussed. Any idea what this rare cherry would be worth?

Yeah it's just a screen shot, I have my phone next to my keyboard counting down but couldn't take a photo of both because that is my camera.

I think I might cut out the bottom of the cup and suspend the bat logo to make it more functional...

I'm a little board at work today and very excited to see the new Batman movie. So for fun I created a Bat Signal using a coffee cup, a black marker, some paper, and a desk LED light.

It's a very different style, but the Microsoft SideWinder X4 isn't that bad. Has good backlighting and high NKRO. It's a very low profile keyboard.
