Re: Where can I get this thingamajig?

Those are the inserts for the stabilizers. They should pull out with a bit of effort. Not a big Cherry guy, but I think they are Costar stabilizers. If you need extras, search for 'Costar stabilizer insert'. Thanks. Indeed, that seems to be exactly what they are. I googled for every keyword idea I ...

Where can I get this thingamajig?

I'm putting new keycaps on my daskeyboard, but the larger keys has a white adapter-thingy that you need to connect the metal thingies instead of it being connected to a keycap-stem-thingy. (Feel free to tell me what the real names of those stuff are). where can I get the white thingies? they seem to...

I'm signing up for a SX64 version ;) Only downside is the lack of registering multiple keys at the same time. so i write "LOD instead of load etc when typing a bit fast.

I think it is because the piece of paper behind has ventilation holes right under the controller. so apparently it is touching metal or something .. or the top gray layer of the paper conducts. in any case, the paper under works and next time i open it i'll have a useful tape to cover. in any case, ...

Well, I think you can scratch anything regarding the keyboard and not insulate it towards the paper backing. because when i put a piece of paper behind the controller it works. ;)

I'll post a video in a matter of days. i got a vic 20, c64 breadbin, c64c, 128d and sx64 for comparison. ;)

Just installed mine. I have it on a commodore 64.. but it is quite erratic behaviour. I'll put on the camera to show exactly whats going on later today. While it works, i get a lot of false positives. (as in keypresses). Espesially the <- left arrow up where ESC usually is on keybords.

Are you using Norwegian layout or maybe ansi? The blank keys will input the same chars as you normal keyboard for the same key position. The ledgens on the C64 key will not always match. To my knowledge, there is for example no way to make a key print "@" without being a macro key or without changi...

I got a apple extended II and the imate adapter. So it is the perfect place to ask. the uppermost left key.. the ' .. does that work with you or is just my switch broken? because that is what holds me back from using the keyboard more. I'm a developer. I use the ' more than the average user.

Option (or alt) is like Alt GR on a pc. http://img.gfx.no/958/958819/MacBook_Air_tastatur.jpg (fn is only on laptop keyboards) run stop = alt c= = cmd shift = shift and crsr up/dn could ...

No order is alike I see by the switches. (I'm moijk from lemon) Got a prettier c64 breadbin now so ready for the keys. Of course it is a working breadbin and it'll stay working. I have barly used Vice (Emulation isn't my thing) so I have no input on prefered keymap. if it works on a mac it'll be gre...
