Re: [USA] [W] Looking for Cherry logo LED window keycap

Perhaps I would think of selling mine, but it would require a very tempting offer. After all, it stems from my first Cherry keyboard  It belonged to the first generation Cherry G80-2100 which was my daily driver decades ago, at a time where desktop computers were rather valuable items. Re: [WTB] profiled relegendable keycaps

So, is there such a thing as (MX mount) relegendable caps which aren’t flat? Those Tipro ones are too anticlimactic… There are other Tipro relegendables with a (hardly perceptible) cylindrical profile, see the left one: Relegendables.jpg I also have a few caps of unknown origin which are quite iden...

Still wondering...
After all, you all learnt typing on keyboards with a fully illogic and arbitrary arrangement of the alpha keys,

My desktop right now is basically the same as shown, but with a half eaten chocolate bar, a nearly empty cup of tea, a plate with pizza grease on it, and a hazelnut that the damn squirrel stuffed into the side of my numeric keypad to save for later. The above discussion about the difficulties of accessing certain characters
sounds rather amusing when you could have a Tipro board,
which basically is a 75% with 2 additional rows above the F row,
adding 32 (!) fully free programmable (!) keys.

I’m guessing these are really for manipulating audio, so you can translate / transcribe spoken content? Tipro 16*8 matrix KMX keyboard with USB

Looking for a Tipro 16*8 matrix keyboard, KMX range, to become my next foot switch.
Must be USB, white/grey preferred but black OK.
And shouldn’t be on the expensive side.

Offers here or per PM.

Re: Vintage Cherry Din5 to USB, how?

I had no problem connecting DIN Cherry keyboards to USB by just chaining two cheap, passive adapters:
DIN to PS/2 and PS/2 to USB.
Perhaps as a first step you should just give it a try :D
