Re: 6x4 MacroPad from scratch with ProMicro and QMK

Looks nice! If I had one of these, I probably wouldn't even have considered building my own keyboard. Only problem is availability, and also the win 32bit only support for changeme. When I first had the idea of using tipro MID boards as a split keyboard config, I was looking for 64 keys modules, but...

Re: 6x4 MacroPad from scratch with ProMicro and QMK

SO I face the next problem. As stated in the previous psot I would like to add a screen in the next revision. QMK has built-in drivers for 2 different display driver IC: - HD44780: usually used by 1602 and 2004 black on green or white on blue LCD screens. The screens have decent size but require an ...

Re: 6x4 MacroPad from scratch with ProMicro and QMK

First off: yes, I changed the threads title, since I didn't see any need to open a new one. Update on my project: First prototype is running well after a lot of trial and error and digging through the QMK wesite. Finally I went for the multiple layers solution I had initially in mind, and as I expec...

Re: [WTB] profiled windowed keycaps

Oh, thanks to your answer i see my request is ambiguous, I meant a label window (to insert a paper label in the switch), not an LED window. Like so: https://tof.cx/images/2019/08/19/80dd8821dce934cb488aa7f8a796f134.th.jpg If this has a different name, please tell me, i might help me find some on the...

[WTB] profiled relegendable keycaps

Hello Everyone. I am looking for relegendable (windowed) keycaps (for maximum customizability!! :ugeek: ) Currently I use some flat top Tipro keys but the lack of profile is really anticlimatic. I remember the retro DSA kit from 2013 offered profiled windowed caps, but nowadays it seems very complic...

Re: need help for setting up QMK env. for Windows

Yes workd like a charm, as well as text as in Autocad.
QMK even a special function for macros that acts as press-release-delay. Useful to type all the non-caracter keys that cannot be formatted to string.

Also, new issue: managed to compile some avalaible firmware (so my toolchain is okay), but not my own. here what happens: Compiling: keyboards/handwired/6x4/6x4.c [OK] Compiling: keyboards/handw...

Re: Tipro MID mod for Autocad

Tiproman to the rescue :D Thanks for the info. As for the form factor, the board seems to have about the same footprint, and it's just the connectors that differ. TBH I don't mind very much cutting into the housing of the board and printing a new panel. Though I would appreciate if you could test it...

Tipro MID mod for Autocad

Hello everyone. Long time since i've been here. I come to you for a little advice. I solved the problem by booting from my old SSD where I still have w7 32b and it worked perfectly.
But I would still apreciate if there is a more convenient way to do this.

I need your help to get the ChangeMe to work. I am using a w10 64b machine, and was wondering if there is anyway to get change me to detect a connected Tipro board, maybe using a virtualmachine.

@katamari, I double checked your order but there's no sign of mod-100 there. So basically you received an ISO kit by mistake. I would ask you to return that IF (only IF) someone claims it. Well now you can triple check and will see that I also paid for it, so the mistake happend before the invoice,...
