As a relatively new member, and someone who primarily goes on this forum to look at this thread and a handful of others, I'd be sad to see it go club member only. To be honest, I'm not looking for deals on this thread, but for interesting/unique boards along with information on unique switches and s...

None regarding those blanks, specifically. Overall, I think it may be very tricky to square the circle between demand and prices. Experience watching several GBs take off, tells me that the base TKL kit will dominate here. Numpad will be appealing to a large minority, at a guess maybe 25% the numbe...

That would be cool 8-) 8-)

How about brass? Didn't MassDrop do some kind of limited edition Planck run with a brass plate a while back? Brass is softer and less strong than steel and aluminum (not much of a structural material), but just like acrylic you can use it if you do not solely rely on it to provide strength to the k...

Just got this in two days ago. Already loving typing on this thing, although I feel like I want to do a chop job on it. Also modified the layout from the TMK default, since I don't really need F1-F24 by default... 12544290_3287610753529_1954428052_o.jpg Very nice too see a fellow vintage Alps SKCC ...

I'd say R4 for 1u FN/windows keys, but yeah no point for R2/R3

The keycaps look Apple AEK, I've never seen an AEK with a trackball though. http://deskthority.net/wiki/Apple_Extended_Keyboard_II The keycaps are clearly Ortek, they have the weird 0 for the mac symbol, and the layout isn't right for AEK Keycaps. I just don't know what switches would be in this th...

Anybody know what keyboard this is? The only other info I have is that it's an Ortek, but don't know what model or what switches.

After cleaning/lubing mine, it feels smooth as better. Absolutely love it.
