Damn you, Matteo. I am actually sad when I use my other keyboards with previously perfectly fine keycaps. The cupping builds my key striking confidence so much, it’s almost a little intimidating to type on a profile with minimal surface structure such as XDA…again, a profile I really liked before. I...

Sorry for the trouble you all are having with the international font bolding and poor alignment.

My sets (no international) look great other than a dye-sub skew on a few keys. But the profile feels very comfortable, sounds fantastic and looks spectacular. Wish I would have bought additional sets.

It's a bit of an "after market" effort (and addition expense) but an HHKB with BKE redux domes is the most tactile board I've experienced. It makes the thock a bit louder, but by adding silencing rings, it's below the stock level noise (a great and a compelling noise). I've got the BKE redux light r...

tl;dr… is it worth it? The White Fox is a fantastic design and very good quality. I don’t think enough praise could be heaped upon Matt3o. If you like projects, you’ll love the board. If you don’t have a lot of patience and technical aptitude, the fiddliness could easily make you frustrated (same co...

Ideas for Bending Spacebar Stabilizer Wire

Wondering if I could get some tips for bending a spacebar stabilizer for an Alps64 with the Hacker layout. Specifically, with the stabilizers I have created with just pliars, they are too loose or so tight they require 10x normal force to actuate the switch. Currently I have a stabilizer wire that f...

Currently building a custom 60% (Happy Alps) board with Yoe. It’s from an M0116 donor with a few keys (return cap most notably) from an AEK II. To get a delete cap directly above return (in the correct row profile) we have to either use a redundant tab cap or the back slash \ pipe cap. The biggest d...

What's element of HHKB layout is most important to you?

If you could only keep one aspect of the HHKB layout, what would it be? It seems the biggies are: - Backspace above Enter - Control left of A - Fn right of a split right Shift - Diamond arrow cluster Obviously the sum of the parts make it really great, so why entertain ranking them? I’m just curious...
