That is a bold assumption.
I would rather assume that ±99% of all books ever published never made it to a digital version.

@hellothere: I actually meant the thread opener and was aware you offered solutions covering all the requirements, but obviously Muirium had made the QMK requirement moot in combination with Tipro.

I know it's moot, at this point, but you could just get an ortholinear keyboard and use that as a macro pad. You'd need a Hasu USB to USB converter. I han't thought about that. I have read that Alps switches collect dust while Cherry MX switches definitely don’t.

Both keyboards in your pics share the absolute same case.
This is a common feature in Tipro keyboards. So there is just one type of screw for all parts.

You can easily recognize a Tipro by its 8x16 matrix, by the way. Most others (including the Jarltech in the first post) have 7x15.

How do I know?

Well, first of all Jarltech is a company of their own with no ties to Tipro:

It is a 8011 model and is programmable only under MS-DOS.

Looks like one of those PS/2 Tipros which needed Win16 software and a native port to program them.

It has absolutely nothing to do with a Tipro.

I have one of those, it works perfectly with a passive 2xPS/2 to USB adapter.
