Honestly, I have no idea how you can stand it with such a steep angle! but I also like having my keyboard just very, very slightly raised, like 5 degrees maybe, so I don't think a stepped case would be a universal solution. But if we are going to all make our own designs anyway, I guess that doesn't...

What are you exactly trying to accomplish? To modify an MX switch to contain the same components (rubber and cone spring) as a Topre? or just to replicate the feeling? If it's the feeling then I'd guess lubed ergo clears is the closest you'd get without going insane (modifying the internals of >60 s...

Only thing with that layout is the bottom row, the 6u spacebar is not that easy to get a hold of, what I did last year was to make the right shift 1.25 instead of 1.5 and then increase the spacebar to 6.25. I works well but I'd actually wish for a small gab between it and the arrow keys. The idea ab...

I can't spot anything either. Danish set is valid, along with the text mods and pro. Nerdom looks fantastic with those red "A"s, even though I know there is only a very small change they will remain red.

They are from a NOS G81-3000 HKNNO which tinnie ran a GB for some time ago. The rest of the caps is from a minicom. Oh man.. I think I need to get one of those minicoms. Is it normal, that the two Amiga keys look that different? I mean, it isn't just the infill, the style of the both 'A's looks that different, I dont really like how it looks side by side... (Especially the right foot of the right 'A' is at right angle and the left 'A' isn't...) Is this the original...

It's not, you can tell it by the 1.25 unit F-row keys.

I think in a board with both plate and PCB I would always go for Cherry PCB mount stabs, they both feel and sound much better, plus they are easier to change keycaps on. They're also not very picky about the cutout in the plate so long it's not too small. But the benefits of Costar stabilizers in a ...

Those are really difficult to estimate. A lot of them is in a really... ehh... used condition. The 3000s with lasered keycaps is maybe only something that can be sold for the switches, so 10-15 each. The peacock I would estimate to around 20 just because it's a G80-1109, and would have to be sold mo...

Perfect, matt! That bottom row is pretty much what I have come to think would be the best way to build a 16col 65% keyboard (if we have to use a 6.25 spacebar). Having used my keyboard from the last gb a fair deal now, the space between the arrow keys and the bottom modifier to the left of it is act...

7bit, only two of the keyboards you posted have backspace on one line and one of them is from SP, so really just one is valid. I don't know why but I was explicitly asked to make it 2 words (7bit I seem to recall). I always think that 7bit has some kind of greater plan when he joins a discussion abo...

I just looked through the sets and only really noticed two keys. The first is Backspace Backspace.png Should it be in two or one word? The next is the Nordic Å. Ååå.png Normally the "dot" doesn't touch the "A", and I think it might look more consistent if it was also the case here. But I'll let you ...

I like the layout... apart from the 1.5u "1" key. It would be nice to have a PCB with it, but without the F-row so that it would fit inside a Poker case or the gazillion custom 60% cases.

@ Vierax
I'll take the deep dish arrow up key, 1.5u FN key, 1.75 shift, 1.25 shift and a 2u blank.
From the Multimedia set I'll take the prew, next, calc, home and on/off key.
I hope that was understandable :?

I am more than interested in a WASD key set as I forgot to order it.
Especially the keys with with the red legends, but red or yellow will also do.
