That's a little harsh, what with the follow-up PM apologizing. It's not that hard to accidentally select "club members" when composing a PM, then not notice before sending it.CeeSA wrote: ↑I think a Groubbuy orga should never, ever throw PM to EVERYONE to join!

Agnostics are just people who seek to upgrade an outdated but apparently needed god and replace it with another ridiculous theory. Mind your over-generalizations. I don't seek to upgrade or replace anything, I just don't have a clue what's going on and don't claim to have an answer. Do you call tha...

The limit on a standard USB is 500mA Only after you ask for it! For USB 2.0, the limit is 100 mA, but you can ask for up to 500 mA and may or may not be able to get it. For example, if your keyboard is connected through an unpowered hub, it couldn't get more than 100 mA. :geek: mAh is a CAPACITY an...

Feature request for the spy: the ability to blacklist threads Oh great, wouldn't that create a censorship bandwagon? Perhaps another method is creating a guide for how not to feed the trolls and how to douse flame wars. I was probably unclear, but I meant a per-user setting so that I could ignore t...

Anyone fancy an XT? Here's one currently sitting at $10 plus shipping from WV. I'd bid on it myself if I didn't already have two.

In principle, it doesn't matter how people chat. But if there's supposed to be a site-wide chat service, splitting that by creating a second one could reduce the value of both. If there are 20 people on one chat network, there's effectively a total of 190 connections between users. If half of those ...

If people want a change, I feel that we should have a real discussion and vote before doing something rather than just throwing ideas at the wall to see what sticks. But well, obviously this appeals to mechanical keyboard freaks. Ideally, they will play Counter-Strike on a Strafe keyboard and will show off their artisan skull keycap. Yeah, that's probably right. Not really my cup of tea either, but I don't think less of it because of a name and some science fic...

I always want to preach that Windows is extremely bad, especially now with Windows 10 and its built-in keylogger, disk encryption that gives Microsoft access to your data, and more. Such a shame that they have a near-monopoly on desktop operating systems.

It's a Greenock model M, isn't it? A lot of those have ABS spacebars, which are prone to yellowing. A treatment with Retr0bright should make it shiny and new again (for a few years, at least).

I also can't discern it in the video, but is there a two part to the click (without solenoid), one when key is pressed and the spring collapses, and then another one when the leaf hits the PCB once key is released. Yes, it's two-way clicky. This is unavoidable for inversion-type springs like this (...
