I do really think it could be a real PCjr keyboard prototype. After the first keyboard iteration and between PS/1 and PS/2 lines where produced. It makes sense in lots of ways as it was a commercial failure specially for the keyboard. I even rememeber PCjr prototypes didn`t have chiclet keyboards. I...
