Interesting terminal disguised as a keyboard. I am guessing these are some sort of Alps switches? The seller says they feel clicky like a mechanical keyboard. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Cardinal-Terminal-Keyboard-VTG-computer-item-NEW-NOS-PMC-manual-RCA-spinoff-/282589612289?hash=item41cba74901:g:m-cA...

Haha, I see what you did there. Not sure why you quoted hansichen's post though. Yep - I'd probably pay the $20 for it as well, but it's the 4 hour drive (each way) that I'm just not too keen on right now. Yeah, sorry. I don't know how to use line-through formatting, so I just edited the whole thin...

Fun Office-friendly Boards?
Hey DT, I've seriously fallen for capacitive buckling spring. Unfortunately, this has taken some of the joy out of my office board, the FC660C. I'm sure others have been here before. What are some fun , office-friendly (non-clicky) switches to ease the pain of leaving my buckling spring at home? Top...

Can definitely vouch for the feel of a 4704 and XT vs AT and F122 having used all of them for a significant amount of time at one point. With those I always feel a slight vibration after actuating the key, whereas with the AT and 122 it's just a simple snap. Not sure if any of you have noticed this...

Here is a shot of my desk at work. Yes, that is that ridiculous Tipro setup I took pictures of before on the keycaps thread. Yes, I use it every day. No, I use the center board with my right hand and the left split to type, but my peers still have a full-sized board with Swedish labels. Not picture...

Are you guys all assuming the wasps are still alive? It could easily be a really old, completely dead wasp nest that's just going to be a pain in the ass to clean, but entirely possible. I can't imagine the seller is planning on shipping a keyboard/computer with an occupied wasp nest in it. It has ...

[Request] Vintage Keyboard/Computer Advertisments?
Hope I can post this here.
We're decorating our office with vintage advertisements. I'd like to hand something keyboard or computer related. Any suggestions for goods ad?
Have a great day!

IBM 3277s on a classified in Madrid, Spain. There's at least one DT user from Madrid, right? No idea what the seller might expect for them, it's an "offers welcome" ad. Thank you all for your replies! I think it'll be either Gatistotles or Kailh Bronze! Should probably wait until I can hear what the Bronze switches sound like in a case. They sound like the absolute opposite of each other. Bronze ones are very high-pitched metal, gatistotles fairly deep plastic. He...
