Since missing the controller, making an adapter is not a go anymore. Easiest way is to figure out the whole matrix and connect rows&cols to teensy and remap all keys with QMK. I would speculate that the 138xxxx model number makes this a Model M, not a Model F.

Unusual f122 always went a war on ebay, happened couple times. This one maybe not that special but curious how much would end up with.
