Some turd trying to bolt mod a Model M.
Many moons ago I bought a 122-key Model M from eBay and somehow I got the freaky idea of attempting to bolt-mod the thing. I enjoy reading workshop topics so why not make one yourself? For the record, I have no previous experience with this sort of thing and the attempt was no more but an experiment...

Stuff came in. Just_bought_stuff.jpg The black Model M is for the key caps, just_add_coffee is restoring a F122 for me and I like my boards black. The Cherry Board has Hi-Pro PBT key-caps ( linky ) . The rest are tools for keyboard figgeting stuff. I was thinking about selling the Cherry board since...

My first key-cap set got in; Dolche.jpg I don't know if this is a trait of PBT/double shot but the legends aren't the best (keypad enter for example). I like the coarse texture, though. I bought the set here . Now on what keyboard to put them. Edit; Installed them on my Das Keyboard Prof. 4; Dolche-...

Have you tried any of the Logitech G series mice? I'm curious about what you think of them, if you have. I got a few of those and so here's my $0,02. I have a G900, G602, G502 and a MX master. The G900 (Chaos Spectrum) is great for it is both wireless and wired (I prefer wired), but not very ergono...

You're not even close to insanity, Iggy. I just added up my Round 6 invoice totals in Excel and I ended up ordering a total of 1357 keycaps. And there are 28 others out there who have spent even more than I have (though their totals no doubt include keycaps from Round 5, which I missed out on). So ...
