In your picture the dye subs look quite sharp, comparable to the old IBM stuff. I remember unicomp keycaps blurry as fuck. On mine at least, and it's from 2008. Maybe they improved? You know there is a simple solution for the <|> problem: Just record a macro and map the macro to any key you want.
