Probably dis and reassembly will fix the aesthetics. That doesn't look like a crack to me near the logo, looks like gunk.

It anyone here wins this, rock the keys to and fro to remove them. Not left and right. Some of the keys seem to have bent stems already but you can straighten them but do not try to straighten them with the key caps attached as you can break a key caps mount point! From the 4th picture it looks like...

With more of these out in peoples hands there is likely to be a more chance of them working in the future. More accolades for the maker. Though some hands are more productive than others. Price seems really reasonable to me but I am partial to model Fs (and older).

I think the honey alpha red are likely to all be row 3 because that way it supports the most number of languages.
