[Vendor] kbdhub.com - Keyboard Parts Store - Newest Leeku PCBs (support ISO)

I just finished assembling my pcb but i have a small problem.
Two keys don't register (it's not the switches themselves and the diodes work), and the layout of the Numpad section is messed up.
Have any of you tried your PCB's yet? Did they work?
I think I found a firmware update on kbdlab but I'm not shure how to proceed. Could you talk me through the update Azhdar?

I feel completely inept. That was the page I'd already found. I put it through google translate, felt confident and tried it. Now when I plug in the keyboard windows 10 says that the USB device is unrecognized. You can switch them between USB and PS2 as far as I know. How do you do that?

on the older Leeku 1800 to connect to PS2 you keep the P pressed down when connecting the board to the PS2 port.
To connect to USB you keep U pressed down.
If the above does not work, try connecting it another computer, eventually to Linux.
If none of the above works, then it means that the PCB's bootloader may have been corrupted (i had the same issue with my older model)
In this case the solution is a bit more complicated because you will need an AVR Programmer to rewrite the bootloader.
If you do not know someone who can help, then I think @flabbergast has experience with this.
I have an electronics knowledgeable friend who had a home-made AVR programmer and he helped me with mine when I received the "USB device is unrecognized" error because I did not really know what to do (and I still don't ):

As I wrote above I got mine! I have one problem though, that the Numpad ENTER switch does not work. I have already exchanged the switch, but I don't know how I could make a 'bridge' to another switch with a cable? If you know what I want to do... Maybe someone can help?

check the diode, the diode for B on my pcb is not soldered on one side. easily fixable when I finally get to building it.

From what I saw it should be soldered, or at least it looks like the other ones! Also: I need a multimeter sometimes (as Compgeke told me on IRC right now)! But everything else works, and I am pleased with the result so far.

I did not buy the plate! I am going to post some pictures, as soon as I am ready!

I am using a *NIB* Cherry G81-1800 HAD case, and use PCB mounted MX Reds, but I changed the springs, which was not really needed, but I thought I should do something fancy, so I put 55g SPRiT springs into the MX Reds. The space bar is way to heavy now, with a 100g spring!

With the aim of finding one 1800 case that I really liked, I've bought no less than three. The first one was a rather worn 1800HAD. Thought it wouldn't bother me. It did. Next was a Raptor K1. Thought NIB and black would mean that the case was solved. And it was, until those cheapo 1800HAMGB were posted in the great/interesting finds thread the other day. Now I just need to find the time to de-solder, tune and solder switches.

But yeah, Azhdar, as I stated on the previous page, I got the PCB :)

I finally got around to soldering the RGB LEDs onto mine, and they don't seem to work. They worked the first time I soldered them, but when I plugged it again they didn't light up.
Tried messing around in the software (JigOn) and still no LEDs.

Wondering if anyone has any experience with this or would know what the problem would be.

I'm looking for a plate to use with this PCB & a G81-1800 case. Let me know if anyone has some files so I can make one with a laser cutter! :)

Hi there,

Do you still have the files for the 1800 plates?

Kind regards,
