The perfect wrist rest for keyboard

Does anyone suggest any particular wrist rests for typing on the keyboard? I have not used any since the 90s really since most keyboard have some kind of plastic version, but I am looking for a decent one without spending too much. The ones over at elite keyboard look amazing, but also look too expensive.
