Uploading multiple pictures at a time

I can't seem to be able to upload multiple attachments at a time. I have to do them one by one. Is there a way to upload multiple attachments (mainly pictures) at a time? Thanks.

not by default, it's a feature that we could add with some modifications.

Vbb 4.0 Image Manager FTW!

A quick search reveals two phpbb mods, one official but basic, like the old vbb (5 upload fields at once) and one a html5/flash/jquery affair which reportedly works but hasn't been officially released (I think, I skimmed the text).

The vbb image manager is nice, but the exploit uploader isn't so good.

I would love to be able to multi-select a handful of files in the FileOpen dialog all at once and have them uploaded at the same time.
