Emails broken?

Relaying some messages from a user who is having account trouble...
I am reaching out to you here as I have been locked out of my deskthority account after trying to update my email address in my profile.
The deskthority board's email verification system is not working, and I can't email the admins, as mech@deskthority.net is no longer a valid email.
If you can, please let keyboardjoy know that the first place to look to fix the email problem is probably the MX record for the deskthority.net The server listed in that record, mech.deskthority.net, doesn't seem to exist.
