Prefix problem

There seems to be a problem with red prefix, it's shows up too often, the first time I viewed the thread in question (http://deskthority.net/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=60) it showed up only two times, but when I went back to snap a picture, it had gotten to three. The same doesn't happen when the thread has black prefix (maybe that is set manually by the user in the subject, I don't know.)

Hm. We had this happening yesterday in testing and were unable to find the cause and reproduce it. Thought it was fixed... guess not! I'll look into fixing it or disable prefixes until we find a solution.

It is is very simple:

There is a 1:1 correspondence between every attached image and the [Bug]-s in the title!
