PCB-trace based magnetic valve. Same as my NCR K430.

thanks for the info i was so curious about the switches. Still curious about the rest of the board though. It 's not mine, i found it for a realy good deal and this is the only photo i got.(XMIT I ll let you know if i decide to take it and not satisfied)

Hi, I was scrambling through a webshop for used goods, when I stumbled upon this keyboard. I couldn't find any information about this specific keyboard online.
Does anyone know anything about this keyboard? Is it another boring rubber dome, or does it use the fujitsu switches?

Judging from small media buttons on the upper row and age I would naturally think its a rubber dome indeed.

Most likely Cherry MX Blacks, the keycaps look like Cherry profile.

　It's a Greek language board!

The wavy shape suggests that it's comparatively recent, as do the Windows keys. The large recess on the capslock button might, as a guess, indicate that it's a poorly stabilized switch.

Yeap, Greeks, can confirm, but Laylie already knows that (with the apparetly common issue with the ς). The keyborad itself is most likely rubber dome though.

Edit: Just saw this on the PC, the badge is from Quest, it is a company that sells assembled systems branded with their logo, and usually built to budget (They still exist but with a very limited market share). It's almost 100% RD...

It's a quite common board, but haven't seen a Greek one yet.

Hi, Deskthorians.
Does anyone have an idea what the keyboard in this old thing could be?
It's an old Philips P2000C portable computer that I have a chance of buying. However, I do not have the space for it and would mostly be interested in the keyboard, if it could be of any use in more modern systems (and if it is any good).

I have read through all posts, but the only relevant piece of information seems to be authors response on cleaning solution used to clean the keys:

@Mark - Armor All "Low Gloss" but I imagine the shiny stuff will do just as well. I am using it because the design of the Philips keys has a tube that fits over the shaft that rubs on the switch housing when you press it. ...

I hope this helps in identification
