I also note it has two "bodge wires" which tends to indicate an early unit, small production run, or prototype of some sort.

Here's one. It says Alton and AL 2000 on it, but that's all I know about it. I used to think it was a silent linear mechanical keyboard, but it doesn't appear to actually be so. Upon key cap removal it has a membrane inside. So I'm not sure what kind of keyboard it really is, because it has springs and membrane.. Memchanical?

Chyros calls these Spring over Membrane keyboards and he has at least one video about a variant made by Oki:

Ahh ok, neat.. Thanks for pointing to a video about it, wasn't sure how to call it. It's a very weird design for sure, as I've never seen one quite like it in my life.

Oki Gourd Spring, something like IBM buckling spring over membrane.

Sweet Jesus! What's inside?! Sadly expensive, as part of a bundle...

Well, bugger me with a fish fork! Never knew these came with Futaba clickies, too. Oh no, now I have about ten Futclickies stashed in the basement. Will be taking them to Mechanicon 2018 as freebies...

Updated wiki entry for FK-2001 (though this is a 2002 but entry for 2002 is incomplete).

While I’ll have nothing to do with that fish fork, I am intrigued by Futabas. I’ve never come by a board of them. Do have a single switch, from the legendary Mr. Interface sampler box. I suspect they’re uninispiring but you never know until you go.

I found this computer in the trash outside of my lab. I think it must be a proprietary model....very interested in seeing what you all thought about it. I am very much a newbie to the mechanical keyboard world so any help would be appreciated.

Very nice. I actually like Futaba switches myself, but I've never seen a decent PCB for them. That Focus would actually be a great layout.

Mind removing a key? I can't tell what switches it is, it has a cutout like Fujitsu used on their older boards but it doesn't look like any Fujitsu switches I know of.

Technically it is Fujitsu Peerless which is basically a slider and spring over rubber dome, but they are worse than regular rubber dome in my experience.

No, FKB 4700 series would be peerless, this is with slider integrated into the keycap and without the spring. Note the round LED window wheras a peerless LED window would be rectangular. wiki/Fujitsu_FKB4804

I can't help you on any information on the board, sadly, but it sure looks amazing!

Typewriter keyboard made by Alps. Pretty sure it's Alps integrated dome based on the four point solder joints but can't verify.

Apparently for what I have seen it uses Alps SKFL switches
I don't have any info on those, so I won't do any buying

Can someone help me identify this keyboard? I saw this on a craigslist post and was passing by the area and was wondering if it was worth picking up.

That keyboard looks like a Fujitsu rubber-dome with slider. Most Fujitsu keyboards I have tested are mushy and awful, but I know that they also made some that felt quite decent.
Otherwise, the backplane being curved and having many plastic rivets give away that it is a rubber-dome keyboard.

Edit: I found a review of this.

Haven't seen one like this before. What might it be? Alpsy caps? Thanks!
