Ultranav driver for W10 for a Lenovo SK-8845 UltraNav kb?

Is there a way to get an Ultranav driver to run on W10 for a Lenovo SK-8845 UltraNav kb?

I have it running now by changing the Synaptics driver to a "USB Input Device", but there are no controls for any trackpoint functions, including speed, in the control panel mouse settings. I'd like to be able to adjust the trackpoint speed.
