IBM P70 from 1990+ with Thick PBT Keys?

Would be interested to know if anyone has had an IBM P70 from 90/01 or later with thick PBT keys. If such a thing has been seen, it would be extra helpful to know which month* it was produced.

Did they change thickness after 90/01? Mine is from 89/05 which is in year and month format.

I have one from 89/12 with the thinnest keycaps I have ever seen. I am guessing the second two digits are month, not week code.

Good to know that the 89/12 board had thin caps. I wonder if anyone here has had an 89/12 or 89/11 with thick caps.
