Those unfortunately won't be MX-compatible, as they are M9 switches, not MX.

Daniel Beardsmore (or unclefan) would love these! They like to collect cherry switches and documenting all the tiny things!

M9 has at least two keycap mounts: MX and non-MX. These use a non-MX mount.

I'm not clear on the specifics, but the MX-like mounts appeared to be for the short keycaps — it seems to have been all about short vs tall keycaps. MX seems to be an intermediate size keystem in between the two extremes.

Yeah. I misread the OP, but this is new information for me

Wait, what? Wheelwriters have M9's? I'm going to take mine in two days and now I'm scared.

Not switches for typing, but switches for sensing — note that they're not in a PCB, but rather, attached to wires.

A series of IBM typewriters.

What model is this? Maybe the service manual lists the Cherry part numbers.

It's all a conspiracy, dudes! First is typewriters, then is keyboards and then they take over the world!
