I've been harvesting caps from Selectric 2 typewriters and noticed a variation with the double shot molds. I found similar typewriter models with all of one type or the other and mixed.
I'm curious if anyone can shed some light on this. The second double shot style with uniform thick walls looks very similar to beamspring caps.
