Hi guys. I got a model M with a beautiful set of keycaps, but two were broke. Should I leave it like that or ask Unicomp for some help?
P.S. My hand had that color because of boiling water.
How good is the matching btween original IBM keycaps and Unicomp ones?

Unicomp's pebble (grey) color is pretty far off from the original IBM. It's warmer in tone and is easy to tell apart from the original, unfortunately.

I think you're better off trying to locate the broken caps on Ebay/GH etc. The Unicomp one's are pretty far off colour wise, not to mention the sublimation itself.

If you wanted to replace ALL of the grey caps you'd be fine, but just 2 would stick out pretty badly.

What a shame. I will use some other terminal keycaps.

Also, if you do order from Unicomp, don't confuse Grey (new color they sell on black case keyboards) and Pebble (old one).
