It looks like a Pok3r with the keycaps replaced with the Tai-Hao Carbon White Orange keycap set.
The Pok3r is the 3rd generation KBC Poker. They are quite common "60%"-sized keyboard and there are also many clones, and third-party components that are compatible: The Poker line set the standard for mechanical keyboards in that form factor. It could therefore very well be a combination of DIY components from several vendors put together in a similar way, even though not as likely.
