Filco Zero with custom bottom row or a rare variant?

So i was browsing on YouTube until i came across this video and was pretty surprised how legit it looked with the bottom row to fit Apple extended key caps. This is probably a mod or is it a rare variant of the Filco Zero? Any ideas?
