Reviewing the pictures in this post, I noticed something I had missed before:

Interesting, why on that one key? Maybe it had a special purpose for the terminal it was used on.

Many terminal keyboards have the "SetUp" key in EF9. Older IBM battleships had the legend in blue, while later on it was in black.
It's obvious the SetUp key in that particular keyboard has its legend in green because the "Lynk" logo is green... and that makes that particular keycap much rarer than the blue-colored one (we now need a red SetUp key to complete the mess ).
