Soarer's Converter Troubleshooting

Hello,

A while ago, I scored a really cheap 122 key terminal Model M. I am really excited to start using it and attempted to build a Soarer's Converter today. After I finished installing the firm ware, I got a Windows notification saying that it was set up as a device, but the keys don't do anything. When I try hid_listen, I get this:

Waiting for new device:......
Listening:
wEE

remaining: FFFC

Keyboard ID: 0000
Code Set: 1
Mode: PC/XT

R05

The keyboard has dip switches in the back and uses a standard DIN 5 connector. I made sure to use the right firmware for the Teensy 2.0, so that shouldn't be the problem. I have triple checked my wiring, and although my solder joints are far from perfect, I am pretty confident that they are functional. I am not using any resistors. My suspicion is that the dip switches are set incorrectly.

Thank you very much for the help!!!

Look at user karlmartin's post. He had a similar problem and fixed it with qmks converter. He also defines how the DIP switches should be set.

How do you upload a keymap? That may be my problem.

Just realized that the keymap probably isn't it.
