The little plastic nub that holds the stabilizer has broken off. It happened when I removed the keycap.
What are your methods to fixing this?

The keyboard just arrived an hour ago and I've already broken it

I would recommend to stick with some glue. Should be an easy fix as you have the broken piece still partly attached.

I lost the piece shortly after, looks like that's it for me.

That looks bad! Try and paste it with some adhesive and see if that works, Otherwise, I don't see any fix to this.
I tried to tape it using double sided tape, didn't quite work as well as I thought. I can try duct tape actually.

Easiest fix is to replace stabilizer from not used key

I managed to "fix" it by using duct tape with a piece of small plastic from another keyboard. It doesn't feel as nice as the other keys, but at least it's stabilized...somewhat.
