Hi guys!
I'm tempted to build a TKL-board with SKCM Brown but I don't have a matching keyset.
I've been reading and googling a lot and I was under the impression that my two best options were either a SGI- or a Dell AT101 keyset, but maybe there are other, nice and thick Alps keyset out there that would work?
(no aek2, I already have a Lunar built with those)
Great TKL Alps keysets?

Northgate Omnikeys have Ansi layouts: https://www.ebay.com/itm/274379109319
But a Dell AT101 is probably your best bet since you can typically find them somewhat cheap (relatively)

I would look at Tai Hao's offerings:
https://www.tai-hao.com/catalog/ins.php?index_id=83
https://mechanicalkeyboards.com/shop/in ... list&c=430
If you want vintage and are looking for doubleshot ABS there are numerous options, if you want dye-sub PBT you are more limited.
*Some* very early Dell AT101s (not AT101Ws) and SGIs have them, and some Wang 724/725s.

I'd just buy a new Tai-Hao set tbh. Uses modern, standard key sizes, which most Alps keyboards don't. The only other one is basically the AT101W which has pretty crap caps.

They're not much thicker, but they are much nicer than silitek manufactured AT101/102 caps.
If I wasn't a die hard ISO user I'd be all over Tai-Hao caps. I wish they'd do a standard ISO set.

I sent an enquiry what the cost and minimum order would be to run https://shop.tai-hao.com/products/abs-104-c01bu201 in alps mount. With ISO & 7u bottom row kits too.
Would this not be an ideal set? it's my fav taihao colour way.
