Pro Micro pinout for Bigfoot converter

Hi guys, I am trying to make an external converter for my Bigfoot so that I can use the original cable. Where on Earth is PF0 and PF1 on the Pro Micro? Attached are edited pictures omitting what I think I don't need, leaving the corresponding pins on the Pro Micro. I used images of Teensy converters to determine this, although they use the two aforementioned pins which aren't present on the Pro Micro. Thanks in advance!
