Best way to lube NBM Linear Space Invaders

Hello everyone. Today I got a Hi-Tek RT-102 with linear Space Invaders. It looks very VERY clean and that is because the previous owner had cleaned it. It is however scratchy as hell. I know that this switches have a tendency to bind quite a lot but damn, it does feel messy when typing, and even pressing over the center, you can feel how it is not smooth at all, and that's a shame. Also the sound is interesting but somehow messed up. So, the question, which lube would you say its the best for the job? I have some silcon grease lying around but I hey, if I'm doing this, I'm doing it properly. Also, I've realized I can use the keycap puller and take off both the keycap and the top part of the switch, but I'm not sure if this is the best way of dissamesbling it.
Before doing this keyboard I have two more projects so but if I have to buy something from china it can get on its way.

As you can see in the photo, that switch is pretty nasty. That's the one that felt the worse, so I'm not expecting the rest to be that bad.

Well for some reason there is no way I can watch the video, but doing some digging in youtube I think I find it. It's the one from VintKeys right? Pretty good, I'll give it a try and let you know how it goes. Thanks!
