USB Cable for IBM Model M

I'm not sure why I haven't asked this before and I didn't find anything else on the forum.
I'm currently typing on a Model M 122 (1394100). It's a former terminal model. I bought it without a keyboard cable, so I'm now using an internal Soarer's Converter I built myself (Pro Micro) and a USB 2.0 A-Male to Micro B Cable.
I'd like to use the cable management / cable gutters on the bottom of the keyboard. My standard USB cable is too thick. Anyone know of a good USB cable that's thin enough and is at least 2 meters / 6 feet long? Bonus if I can keep it under $8. I'd also like to use similar cables on other 122s and 101s.
Thanks in advance!
