What do people make of this?

At first glance it looks like a beam spring. But it doesn't match up with any IBM models and in the second photo it appears to have Cherry switches. I'm certainly not thinking of buying it, but I wonder whether anyone here can shed some light on what it might be. Maybe a third-party replacement for an IBM terminal keyboard?

It's an IBM 3276 compatible keyboard with Futaba MD switches.

There are lots of IBM compatible keyboard that use non-IBM switches such as Honeywell SD and Keytronic foam and foil switches.
