Leopold ctrl key acting strange

Hi. I'm having a strange problem with my Leopold Tenkeyless where using the Ctrl key causes some weird stuff to happen. For example, in Google Chrome if I try to use Ctrl to copy, paste, or search, the webpage window randomly zooms in and out. For some reason, the ctrl key seems to be doing things it shouldn't. Another example is the ctrl key making '123456789' appear in MATLAB when I'm trying to use it to paste some code. I tried the same thing with another keyboard in both Chrome and MATLAB and had no problems. Anyone familiar with this issue? Thanks.
