Wow, they are some pretty cool keyboards! the Space-cadet looks amazing!

These polls are great for n00bs like myself to find interesting projects - otherwise you just don't know what to search for!

Qume: Capacitive Foam'n'Foil, slider was potentially interesting...the pcb for the capactive sensing is different from what I've seen before.

On that note, the last of my new  keyboards for a month or so (moving back to Canada again, this time really sucks, sooo many keyboards...). Though I won't be able to maintain the recent through-put of cool discoveries, university costs too much...only a year and a third to go!

And without further a do:

Amkey MPNK-106 (Computek branded)

That's an 8P8C connector (e.g. ethernet).

Yes, no sticker on the UV window. And it still works!!

Oh did I mention this keyboard is heavy. That's a steel face plate, as well as the steel plate for all of the switches. The case itself is made of some sort of plastic, similar to that of what's in my Beam Spring keyboards.

Sadly, foam'n'foil. Still a very nice linear switch, very smooth.

Well, that is if I don't decide to pull out some more keyboards I already have :P.

For those of you too impatient to wait for my updated website (yeah, yeah, it's been nearly 6 months since it went down...), I've finally fixed my crawler query site dump. Now it should automatically pull the latest info from my spreadsheets into the site every day or so.

Warning, this page loads enough images to crash some browsers

The above link more than likely has more pictures than I've currently released on Deskthority.

Full Site ETA: Eventually...
