I need to find a way to get my trackpoint to 200Hz or more. Right now the only program I've got is sweetlow's mouserate for USB mice. But for laptops the trackpoint comes up as a PS/2 Device. How exactly can one get around this problem?

Are there any registry edits that I may be able to perform?

It seems to be the same across all thinkpad devices. 80Hz. I've read about something with the particular keyboard and mouse data queue size and also the SampleRate Dword.

is there anything I'm doing wrong here? What values should be set to which files?
