Also, did we ever figure out who actually made the Razer ULP Mechanical switch? It's not the Kailh low-profile switch - this looks like a scissor-stabilized keycap, on top of a generic tact switch of some kind.

Here's the force graph from the old iPad keyboard, FWIW (edited to include a black background, thank you, Razer, for making it transparent):

I believe that's even shorter throw than the Kailh low-profile switch, too.

There was the TTC switch, but it looked different.
