It looks as if the USB port juts out an inch above the desk and pointing at an angle upwards.
I'm afraid that would put unnecessary strain on the socket and cable, compared to having it on a separate board (or panel mount).
Running the page through Google Translate achieves nothing — because all the information is in text rendered in images.
